IMHO.
Forest City (FC) was Jibby's project. And basic infrastructure is done decade ago.
PMX has a smart move, we don't waste our resources, those resources belong to the people Malaysians (all of us), we paid for it. Since the lands had used to build the FC, why waste it? Use less money and effort and work on it and move forward so that we are able to work with Singapore hand-in-hand, to improve bilateral relationship as well as economy. WinWin situation. Not a bad idea. The main challenge is how to regain investors' confidence in our country and this FC, and country garden, most of the Sg & China investors have been suffering from their investments in this project.

We hope for the best in the next 4 yrs until next GE16.

KUALA LUMPUR (April 19): Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Malaysia) has granted a time extension of six months to Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd (IWCity) to submit its regularisation plan following the company’s status as a Paragraph 8.03A affected listed issuer.

Paragraph 8.03A affected listed issuer means that the obligations of the affected listed issuer remain the same as that of a Practice Note 17 (PN17) issuer, including the requirement to submit and implement a regularisation plan within the prescribed time frame.

However, taking into consideration that there are differences between these listed issuers vis-a-vis a PN17, an affected listed issuer will not be tagged or classified as a ‘PN17’ company, according to Bursa’s FAQ.

Oh ya. The fengshui of this DCM was turned bad because of the flyover roads which made it so inconvenient and sian and finally koyak. All the IT shops in DCM were moved to Pelangi Mall and there also like koyak, susah.

Lousy management caused DCM to be closed. My friend ever rented a shop there before, mthly rental was already cheap vs peak period, 1k vs 5k. I have a customer who bought one unit and stuck until now. Initially it was managed by an Indian? And bcos of he gatal.... Then... I heard. Ha

1589 needs to submit regularization plan by due date (extended 3rd time, each time is 6 months, so from Mar to Sep, then another 6 mth again. At the same time, Botak proposal came out and if approved and accepted by shareholders, then regularization plan is covered inside this merger plan. Refer to botak Sep merger proposal, is mentioned there.)

Paragraph 8.03A is not PN17. But based on Bursa main board listing requirements, due to x number of yrs (3 yrs) a listed company didn't hit the min revenue requirements, the company is required to submit a good regularization plan to Bursa for processing so that the company can continue its listing status on Bursa, otherwise, it may have to be delisted from the market. PN17 is another issue but as for now, it is having Paragraph 8.03A issue and require to submit a regularization plan to Bursa by deadline.

Btw, as mentioned earlier, if investors are worrying about 1589 Paragraph 8.03A, then stay out, there are so many listed companies awaiting for us to invest isn't it? Hihihi.

If in another thread like 8877 & 1589, they are worrying on Botak merger plan and 1589 regularization issue (PARAGRAPH 8.03A), then why don't consider this 1651 MR CB although it is slower but lesser and lower risk? (All investment have risks.)

Slow doesn't mean it is no good. Too fast doesn't mean it is very good. (Too fast too furious movies meh?)

Lastly, avoid contra, avoid punting, avoid speculating, your ROI will be better and handsome in mid-long run with different proper strategies at different time (if situation is ok, not as bad as during world crisis time).

Contra will flush out all your profit at one go if greed took place. (Win and earn 10 times, loss 1 time and koyak. If this statement is false, may be he or she is lucky)
