Invest for mid long term. Speculators will hurt themselve and the market, they earn $ from creating panic selling by contra players and buy back at lower price. Real investors won't do this but traders yes (try to sell high buy low to earn from the price difference).

Avoid contra then their trick will not come true. Let them song sendiri to shout to sell down in fact they want to collect at lower price.

No need to shout due to DJ drops and bad sentiment.

Short term surely affect by those speculators who intentionally block as sellers and throw down their shares to buyers to create "fake" sell down pressure. Reason: they want to sell high buy low (buy from contra players, contra players loss to them, they win $ from contra players and TA guys they are some of the people who draw the chart, day high, day low, and volume, buy and sell are the same group of people, sell high to press down and buy back at lower on the same day, or even buy back at the same price if contra players r less to be fooled).

Mid long term it is still good for investors.

So, avoid contra. Then their tricks will NOT come true, and you are safe and you save the $ for later use.

Do not punt, do not speculate, do not contra.

By the way, weeks ago (pre budget day), when it was pushed up to 495 500, many people kena a big time already as their chasing the price from 450 460 470 all the way to 490. All investors including contra players (punters) are now trapped and high price vs now 420 425. Contra players had loss a lot from this fake upside. Hihihi. I doubt those crocodiles how they bite investors. Why need to do like that to trick investors leh?

As long as we do not greedy, do not contra, we are safe from buaya.

If TA can let investors read and predict, then all TA investors can be very rich already. TA, the chart is prepared by the traders, speculators, punters, some are dare hero short sellers. They have the intention to sell their shares and buy back later (sell today buy back few days later.)

The volume is very slim. Due to poor market sentiment, investors do not buy on dip, or they are buying x% of their funds in stages, eg 5% per day, and continue to buy on dip until their budget fund are used up.

If like he said in the video? Draw the chart so nice oh? Wild guess game. He said if the share price to break below 730, then must run already? So, all contra players must be panic selling if they are affected by TA, short term sell down are due to contra players? And big block sellers park to sell at 735 740 745 750 755 760, these fake Q will create bigger selling pressure to make contra players or weak investors to continue to sell down (sometimes sell 730 and buy back 725 720 715 710 705 700 is one of their tactics to earn $ daily, and they could be market makers to create trading volume, fake trading volume may affect buyers / investors buying or selling decision. The volume is indeed very slim. 24mil shares. Assuming most of the shares traded in a day are played by day traders market makers, say, 12mil , so little only. (Their commission is very little, make them harmless. But if punters or speculators are lured by them to hug their shares, they know how many % are sold to other investors regardless of punters or speculators or investors who will pick up and hold by T2).

Do not contra and feed the buaya. Let the buaya main sendiri, siok sendiri.

Shines kor, min 25%, so new proposal Botak Lim to all shareholders included one clause that is to apply for exception from Bursa loh. U can read Botak Lim latest proposal, mentioned there. I forgot how many pages, one of the pages contained that clause. Once the new proposal was accepted by shareholders, then it may come true loh. Else 15% is not fulfill main board listing requirement.

And, another important point is that, Botak also mentioned, this proposal also covered for 1589 punya Paragraph 8.03A (potentially to delist if he can't submit a good regulation plan, oh ya, Bursa has approved the new regulation plan for another 6months until next yr, oct + 6 mths).

So, all investors will be (are) eyeing for the acceptance of Botak new proposal from the shareholders. When is the due date? (1mth from the announcement?)

On behalf of the Board of Directors of IWCity, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 18 October 2023, granted the Company a further extension of time of 6 months up to 24 March 2024 for the Company to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.

The aforesaid extension of time is without prejudice to Bursa Securities’ right to proceed to suspend the trading of the listed securities of IWCity and to de-list the Company in the event:

(i) the Company fails to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities on or before 24 March 2024;

(ii) the Company fails to obtain the approval from any of the regulatory authorities necessary for the implementation of its regularisation plan; or

(iii) the Company fails to implement its regularisation plan within the time frame or extended time frame stipulated by any of the regulatory authorities.

Upon occurrence of any of the events set out in (i) to (iii) above, Bursa Securities may suspend the trading of the listed securities of IWCity on the 6th market day after the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities and may de-list the Company, subject to the Company’s right to appeal against the delisting.

In fact, I'm wondering, IB issue CW, at a price, let say RM 0.15, 100mil shares, with an expiry date and exercise price.

Who own these CW? IB itself? Those shares are in their hand? They have to fork out 15mil to take them? Or they only issued these shares and sell to the market without any capital?

If based on the example above (0.15 @ 100mil). So, then, on listing day, the price could be RM 0.05? Wow. Big loss straight away. Who want to take that 100mil @ 0.15? I guess nobody want. I'm not sure.

Pang72, it should be considering as healthy consolidation. Many benefits from this pattern. Eg. Investors will gain from the mid long term development (landbank), flush out speculators and punters, and so on. Once it hit below 800, it will slowly or quickly rebound back and stabilize around 800 and above, and vol is thin (not more than 50mil and 100mil shares exchanged hands). Previously, those big block of shares from Urusharta (UH), still no news yet, once those shares are returned to UH, it will suddenly become substantial shareholder again. Hihihi. Quite fishy.
