Low Jun Lee was appointed as our Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 30 April 2021.
He is currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance at Monash University, Australia.
Mr. Low is the son of the late Dato’ Low Chee Yen, our former Executive Deputy Chairman who was also a substantial
shareholder of the Group. He does not have any conflict of interest with the Group. He does not hold any other
directorships in public companies and listed issuers. He has not been convicted of any offences within the past five (5)
years other than traffic offences, if any and has not been imposed of any public sanction or penalty by relevant bodies
during the financial year.

Margin hike is most likely contributed from increasing sales volume of number cup of coffee as coffee, milk or sugar are insignificant in comparing to the selling price of a cup of coffee.

The share is traded at PER 37x before factoring in expiry of pioneer status on 28 Mar 2023. When pioneer status is expired, the share would have exchanged at PER 49x. ( PER 37x / 0.75 )
