Only crisis is the infernal werewolves raiding in collaboration with the KSL insider bangsats which have thrashed the price in the first place and made investors cautious. Look at Matrix. With weaker fundamentals but steady profits, its price is doing very well. And it's price has just begun an uptrend. Anyway you look at KSL, it's price has been thrashed by powerful insider interests! So we should beat them at their psychological game!

If it breach 1.30, the next support is 1.20. If it breach 1.10 and below, it will be the biggest cheap sale of property stock in KLSE (if not even now!). Grab as much as you can!

The Directors are raking in new shares via the DRP. Not sure how much they took dividend in cash though. That should give an indication as to value of shares.

Why cut loss? It just made RM50 million in 3rd quarter. It's PE for just 3 quarters is 6.4. and likely to dip to 5 or lower when 4th quarter results are in. Also paying dividends. DY should be > 7% this year unless they manipulate a loss in 4th Quarter! That's far better than FD! Even the werewolves will fear to raid it lower since the price is already low. Short of a massive fraud ala Transmile (in which case the KSL management will go to jail for a long time) the only way the price will go is UP! Those who cut loss are ....(fill in the blank)!

The up will come if it doesn't drop below 1.30. But grab more if it does!

The law of low numbers - the lower it goes, the more that it will go up. The KSL insider bangsats and their infernal werewolves are pushing the envelop and playing with fire. As I've said, KSL's price cannot drop too much against its very strong fundamentals no matter what the KSL insider bangsats and their infernal werewolves do, short of massive fraud ala Transmile. They can twiddle with the quarterly results because they are not audited...but there is a limit to this since they have to book all profits by the fourth quarter or risk a qualification by their auditors. Or the Auditors can close one eye - which is also possible, since the auditors are paid by them, but improbable.

With KSL's fundamentals, recent strong sales and Mall developments, it's a no-brainer not to collect if the stupid wolves sells down with a wet dream to collect low. Their old raiding tricks won't work again. It won't work again even if their KSL insider bangsats cooperate by manipulating the coming quarter results into a catastrophic loss! In that case, become one of the great white sharks and collect and eat up the werewolves and their KSL insider bangsats with a frenzied bottom feed!

Collect when the werewolves sell down, by the charts. The werewolves cannot go too deep down with KSL's price. They know there are great white sharks lurking down there waiting to devour them, werewolves, KSL insider bangsats, bones, dung and all, if they sell too far down!

Bullish as in above SMA 50 and SMA 100. But KSL is super bearish at the moment - well below ALL the moving averages! This is weird and can only point to either price manipulation or a going-to-be reported catastrophic quarterly loss - also very unlikely!

The property sector as a whole is actually bullish. Check the charts!

But hold and accummulate. The fundamentals are too strong. The price drop is unusual unless they report a loss (likely since they have a history of manipulating the quarterly profits with impunity) in order to collect on the cheap. In which case, collect with the wolves!

With the KSL insider bangsats and their werewolves in play (quarterly profits manipulation and sharp sell-down raiding despite having share buy-back authority), all charts all off. Just check the charts for KSL since February 2014 and see.

Those KSL insider bangsats will manipulate the quarterly results to suit as they did in February since the quarterly results are not audited and despite announcing in August 2014 that they still have RM1 billion sales to be booked for the remaining of the financial year. That was a clear cut lie to mislead the investors! They then, through their werewolves, thrashed the price of KSL's shares in order to benefit their own private pockets. I saw the face of one of their executives. He was poker-faced indicating hiding something. Those KSL insider bangsats should be stuck before the Securities Commission sooner or later to answer for their crimes! The evidence of their crimes are in the KLSE trading system. Look at Matrix's price. With steady results it was on an up-trend!

The KSL insider bangsats and their werewolves are smarter than that. They are out to line their private pockets at the expense of the investors. Even the funds are wary of this counter. The reported profits will fluctuate from quarter to quarter - higher when they want the price to go up, lower when they want the price to go down.
