jacklintan. Thank you for your compliments. Yeah, in turbulent times like now, hng33 strategy is the best. RM3 for Puncak is fair enough. Do learn to read charts if you have not done so already. I am trading by charts now and not just on fundamentals as I did with KSL. The wolves wrong footed-me then, but the charts always give their game away. Charts and hng33 strategy to me is a powerful combo.

hng33. You are correct in your assessment of me. But my mindset is changing. It was conditioned by ..(I don't want to blame anyone but myself for this). I have always considered myself a trader but the strategy I've learnt from...is not suitable for my natural mind-set. I still instinctively did not take profit in Puncak (and Teoseng) today (although I have taken it yesterday and got back in again). But I am getting there. Yeah good move. However for those with KSL shares in their margin accounts, they should take shares, otherwise the div received will also go into their margin accounts. Also it's a matter of volume. If shares received is more than 90 shares there is still gain despite stamp and postage fees. So if you are holding more than 4500 KSL shares, go for the div in lieu of cash. It's unlikely that price will go below 1.39 again, barring KLSE crash like in August 2015!

Convert cash div to shares. You will average your costs down a bit. At RM1.39, its a discount to it book-value.

This means that Air Selangor has confirmed that the 'Special Covenants' and 'conditions precedent' has been fulfilled and satisfied today i.e. 8/10/2015. The completion date (as defined in the SPA) is also confirmed to be 15th October. Now we need to know what is the definition of 'Completion Date' in the SPA, whether it include payment of the RM1.55 billion to fulfill the definition. If so, Air Selangor is also confirming payment by 15th October 2015 with this announcement. Can anyone confirm whether the SPA's definition of 'Completion Date' includes payment of the sale price of RM1.55 billion for PNSB and Syabas? Anyone?
