The crash in share price in May 2015 despite a stirling Q1 result with net profit margin of 15% was clearly due to the effects of GST which resulted in a down-grade of the consumer sector due to an expected overall 30% decrease in consumer sales and narrowed net margins in the following quarter. I believe the effect of GST will elevate somewhat in Q3 2015.

The disposal was by the director's spouse and children, not by the director himself and in relatively small amounts. Teoseng's Q215 results shows it maintained its sales as compared with Q215. It's net margin has narrowed to 8%. It was therefore affected by the high price of corn and fallen price of eggs. I do not think this is the trend. It shows that in a bad case scenario its net margin of 8% is still good. I will hold.

funitec. For the quarter ending 31/3/2015, AWC has RM61 million in cash-on-hand and cash at bank. Total liabilities amounted to only RM36.5 million. Free cash available is therefore RM24.5 million. The cash payment portion of the take-over is RM14.85 million with payment spread over two years after completion of the takeover deal. AWC therefore has ample cash to finance the take-over without resorting to borrowings.

Ranhill's ex-director is now charged with insider trading in 2007! He used someone else account to do it. The double sell-downs of KSL in December 2014 just before the ex-date of 5% dividend (10% before the share split) and share split 2 for 1, is to me a clear case of insiders plus wolves' trading. My hunch is that powerful KSL's insiders lent their shares to the wolves to effect the double sell-downs! I hope to gather more evidence before I make a complaint to Bursa and lodge a police report.

Yeah, the allotment is at 38sen each. As Koon said in a recent article, those accepting the AWC shares at this price of 38 sen will expect the price to rise. He was proven true in the case of VS. There is also a profit guarantee by the sellers but no increase in payments by AWC if the profit is exceeded. The profit guarantee by the sellers gives a PE of 6.79 for the companies taken over. This compared favourably to about 8.27 for AWC calculated on a pro-rata basis from its YTD Q3 results and using today's closing price of 40sens. AWC in taking over the companies, is actually expanding its business, which is a good thing. It is increasing its net profits by about 25% to 28% per year for a share dilution of 13.4%. The payment for the shares will also be from internally generated funds which means no borrowings and no increase in interest cost. The fact that the news came out yesterday and the price held at 40sen despite today being T4 day is a good sign. So I will hold.

Strong support at 1.60.

It all depends whether BNM will loosen the interest rates and conditions for loans for housing. Also depends on whether US Fed will go for another round of cheap money. Another imponderable is the flood of money coming out of China now going into Australia, New Zealand, Britain and USA. If even a fraction of these come to Malaysia, Iskandar region will boom and all the Malls will be occupied! KSL is in good position to profit from this. So don't let the wolves and KSL's insiders shake you out before the price rise to RM5 and above!

Teoseng's meeting some resistance at 1.70 but have good support at 1.65. The really strong resistance is at 1.8.

The DRP price is RM1.4783.

There are foreign funds exiting the market because of the weak Ringgit. But KSL seem to be holding up this time.

KSL need to close at or above RM1.75 to break through the overhead resistance line. But it's a very much manipulated stock. The wolves, with the likely connivance of powerful KSL insiders, are likely to collect from the minnows with a couple of drastic sell-downs before RM2 and after RM2.2. So please do not fall into the jaws of the wolves!

My chart shows KSL uptrend began after Friday but wait for it to be confirmed. However beware of the wolves which may includes KSL insiders!

Even IBHD is flying. So KSL's turn should come. But property sector still stuck in doldrums!
