After my posting about i3investor commentators "Unfortunately, most of the commentators hiding behind some fancy names abuse the system and misuse the forum. They often write some senseless comments and use the platform like an amusement or entertainment centre. They looked like stupid idiots", I am pleasantly surprised to read all the above commentaries. They do not write senseless rubbish any more.

As you can see the price of Carimin started to shoot on 30 Nov 2018 when the 1st quarter eps of 5.01 sen was announced. Since then it has gone up more than 100%. As a result, everyone is making some profit. Those who sold earlier are regretting to see the price continues to go higher and higher.

Many people who have bought Carimin after they saw my article which I posted on 6 Jan 2019, asked me when should they sell to take profit. As I said many a time, no share can go up or fall continuously for whatever reason. After some time, the price will correct. If it is a good share like Carimin which has good profit growth prospect, its price will continue to climb after correction.

If you want to know more about Carimin, you can read my article on my blog.

As you know, the share price is at the record low. All shareholders including ks55 and cpng must have bought the share at higher prices and would have lost money if they sold at this price level. I think they have not sold their holdings because they are still making comments in this forum.

Since all shareholders are losing money, it is better for us to sympathise with one another. We should write some recommendations to encourage investors to buy to support or push up the price. In any case, it is safe to keep the shares because it is most unlikely that it will drop further to make another new record low.

I assure you that I am not so desperate to sell at this price level. In fact, it has gained 4.5 sen or 9% in the last 3 trading days. It looks like the price is at the pivoting point moving from downtrend to uptrend which is the best time to buy. Koon Yew Yin

In the last 3 trading days, Sendai has gone up 2 sen, 2 sen and 1.5 sen respectively. I still have about 72 million shares X 5.5 sen = Rm 3.96 million. I have gained about Rm 4 million in the last 3 days.
From the comments by cpng and k55, it looks like they have sold their shares.
Looking at the price movement, it looks like 50 sen is the rock-bottom price and it is changing from downtrend to uptrend. This pivoting point is the best time to buy. It is likely the price will continue to move up. Koon Yew Yin

My announcement that I sold 2.522 million Eversendai shares has misled many investors. I was forced to sell to meet a margin call. Since it has gone up in the last 2 consecutive days, I do not have any more margin call. That was why there was more buyer than sellers.

The original reasons for me to buy so many shares have not changed. In fact, the company has announced that it has secured a lot of steel construction contracts in India which is playing catch up to follow China. It is a fantastic Malaysian listed company to be able to expand to so many overseas countries with annual revenues of about Rm 1.7 billion, about 5.5 times its market capitalisation.

If you look at its price chart you can sell it was Rm 1.38 in July 2017. Since then, it has been dropping to its rock bottom of 50 sen 2 days ago. It has been going up in the last 2 days to close at 54 sen per share. I believe it will continue to go higher and higher.

The best time to buy is at the pivoting point from downtrend to an uptrend.

By the way, I am ashamed to admit my mistake in buying so many Jaks shares using margin finance. As a result, I lost Rm 64 million. I believe I will be able to make back some money with my investment skill.

I have openly stated that I have already sold all my Jaks shares and my rights to buy the warrants and admitted my Rm 64 million mistake. I do not have any more interest in Jaks. Nevertheless, I wish to help investors to make money.

Just like the last quarter, it reported losses due to interest charges, it is most likely continue to report losses due to interest charges for the huge bank borrowings.

Remember Jaks in not the only listed companies that you must buy. There are so many companies with profit growth such as FLB, AWC, Carrimin, MBMR, FPI, GCB, Muda Holdings etc, etc.

Profit growth prospect is the most powerful catalyst to move share prices.

JAKS-My Most Expensive Mistake
Koon Yew Yin 8 Dec 2018
I have been looking at the price chart of Jaks and when I saw the price began to move upwards in January 2017, I started buying at about Rm 1.10 per share. I was so excited when I read the following announcements by Jaks:
1 On 22 March 2018 placed out 50.7 million shares at Rm 1.39 per share and on 16 March 2017, 43.9 million shares at about Rm 1.40 per share.
2 On 13 June 2018 Ang Lam Poah, the CEO bought 50,000 shares, on 12 June 2018 bought 200,000 shares and on 8 June 2018 bought 550,000 shares from the open market at about Rm 1.40 per share.
The main objective for buying so many shares by the CEO Mr Ang Lam Poah and all the institutional buyers of the placement shares must be Jaks’ JV with the Chinese companies to construct the 1,200 MW power plant to sell electricity to the Vietnamese Government. The 3 Chinese National Banks must have studied the power purchase agreement before they were prepared to finance Rm 7.76 billion for the project.
During the construction, the Chinese pay Rm 454 million to Jaks and this sum of money is to be used as capital for owning 30% of the Joint venture. Moreover, the Chinese would undertake the construction of the power plant.
It is like the Chinese Banks is giving a profit guarantee to all the Jaks shareholders every year for 25 years when the JV sell electricity to the Vietnamese Government.
Based on the above, the share price should go above the share placement price of Rm 1.40 when the 1,200 MW power plant is completed in 2020.
My wife started to accumulate more shares and we finally bought a total of about 160 million shares with margin financing. We bought too many shares with margin finance. Our average price should be about Rm 1.20 per share.
If you look at the price chart, you can see the price went up to Rm 1.85 in Feb 2018 and when I saw it started to drop, we started selling. I should have sold more to avoid force selling. It was my greed that I did not sell more shares.
In fact, forced selling was a blessing in disguise for us.
We had to sell to meet margin calls. The more we sold the more the price would drop. Forced selling is a vicious cycle.
We were fortunate introspectively to have sold a huge amount of our holdings at higher prices in comparison with the current price of 50 sen per share. We have completely sold all our holdings.
Based on our average selling price of 80 sen, our average purchase price of Rm 1.20 per share and our total holdings of 160 million shares, we have lost Rm 64 million. Coincidently this is the 64 million $ question many people have asked me.
This is my most expensive lesson in my life.

I believe I can make back some money using my golden rule for selecting shares- the company must report an increased profit for 2 consecutive quarters.
Sad to say that Jaks does not comply with my golden rule anymore because it has too much borrowings to finance its properties during the current depressed market. Jaks will continue to report losses in the next 2 or 3 years until the completion of the power plant.

Life has many challenges, don’t give up because life also has many solutions.
The sun is a daily reminder that we too can rise again from the darkness.

Fortunately, I have been selling at higher prices for quite some time to meet my margin call. I must admit my mistake in buying too much Jaks using margin loan.

There must be a lot of shareholders of Jaks who are being forced to sell to meet margin calls. The more they sell the more the price would drop. Forced selling is a vicious cycle.

You can use margin loan to buy more shares. You will make a lot more profit when the share price is going up. But you will lose more money when the price is dropping. Margin loan is double edge sword. It cut both sides.

Most investors cannot control their emotion. They are egoistic and greedy. When their shareholdings are going up, they would not sell and like to boast to all their friends that they are so clever to have bought them at much lower prices. The biggest problem that most shareholders have is greed and refuse to sell early to take profit. Profit seems like a dirty word. While the price is going higher, they continue to boast.
A few days ago the total volume for Jaks shares changed hands was nearly 130 million shares and I sold about 20 million shares. Besides my selling, there must be a lot of people also selling. Who would sell at this unrealistic price?

Almost all the people who sold the 110 million shares are commentators on this forum. I pity those poor guys who cannot afford to lose money. I trust they can learn the following lessons:

1 Develop the ability to control your emotion.

2 Do not borrow too much to buy shares.

3 Eat a humble pie to cut loss. Many investors cannot would sell to cut loss.

4 When the price starts to drop, you must also start to sell.

5 Life is full of challenges, but don’t give up because life is also full of solutions.

6 Everything you ever wanted is on the opposite of fear.

7 Life has 2 rules. Rule 1 never give up and rule 2 remember rule 1.

Yes, a few weeks ago, I was forced to sell to meet a margin call. Now I don't have to sell because the price has gone up. In fact, tomorrow I may have some buying facility to buy back at a cheaper price than the price I sold. I learned a good lesson- do not use all the margin facility in case the price drops too rapidly.

You can make 40% profit within 18 months
You can see from Jaks’ announcements that the company had made share placement twice recently. On 22 March 2018, 50.7 million shares at Rm 1.39 per share and on 16 March 2017, 43.9 million shares at about Rm 1.40 per share.
You can also see Jaks’ company announcements that on 13 June 2018 Ang Lam Poah, the CEO bought 50,000 shares, on 12 June 2018 bought 200,000 shares and on 8 June 2018 bought 550,000 shares from the open market.
My wife and I have also been buying a lot of Jaks.
All these big buyers know about the company’s 30% profit every year for 25 years from the JV with the Chinese companies in selling electricity to the Vietnamese Government.
Based on the above, the share price should not drop below Rm 1.40 per share when the 1,200 MW power plant is completed in about 18months from now.
The last traded price was Rm 1.05 and if you buy at this price level, you should be able to make at least 40% within 2 years.
If you look at the price chart it has bottomed out and it has been going up in the last 5 trading days, indicating a trend reversal.

Can you think of a better way to make 40% profit in 18 months?

I have posted 3 articles of BUY recommendation recently and I have stated that my wife and I have started buying at 70 per share. Within a few days to price shot to above Rm 1.20. But it came down to about 90 sen also quite rapidly and many people commented that I wanted them to buy so that I can sell. I am not so dishonest.

What is so puzzling is the huge daily volume changed hands. Who are buying and selling? I have not seen a similar situation before. However, based on the last trading day transaction, its price went up by 10 sen with 42.7 million shares changed hands, there must be big funds buying. The aggressive buying indicated that they cannot wait and most likely they will continue to buy. But, they may slow down buying to allow the price to correct. I am sure, many day traders will sell. As a result, the price will fall a little. This may frighten many weak hearted investors. Serious investors should take advantage of this buying opportunity.

I am obliged to tell you that my wife and I have 30 million shares and I am not recommending you to buy or sell. I am just stating my opinion.

How human behaviour affects investment decision making?

To be able to become a super investor we must be able to control our emotion of fear and greed.

Basic emotional responses and mental biases can influence the way we invest. Emotions and mental biases can get in the way of rational decision-making. Behavioral investing suggests reasons why some of our actions might be counterproductive to our goals.

Avoid the potential pitfalls we must stick to a long-term plan. Investors tend to make irrational decisions because of the following 3 concepts:

Loss Aversion

With loss aversion, the pain of losses is more powerful than the pleasure of gains. This aversion to loss can contribute to panicked selling when the market drops or to the adoption of an overly conservative investment strategy to avoid short-term market fluctuations. These decisions may result in a portfolio that does not keep track of investment fundamentals.

Recency Bias

Investors tend to place greater weight on what they have experienced most recently, using it as a guideline for what might happen next. Known as recency bias, this theory may help explain why millennials who came of age soon after the financial crisis have steered clear of stocks as they have started investing—even though they have exceptionally long- time horizons when it comes to making more money.

Anchoring

The idea with anchoring is that once you are exposed to an initial fact or figure, you will continue to look back to that information as a reference point. Individuals influenced by anchoring tend to hold on to an investment that has lost value in hopes that the investment will go back up to the original purchase price, rather than focusing on fundamentals.

While there is a natural human tendency to react emotionally to market swings, investors are encouraged to stick with a consistent, long-term investment strategy. This strategy can include techniques such as portfolio rebalancing, tactical allocation adjustments, or systematic investing—approaches that take market conditions into account without derailing a long-term plan.

My advice: All the readers must check their track records. If they have not been doing well, they must change their thinking and their method of buying and selling.

I see most of the commentators have sold too early. They are regretting and leaking their wounds and they expect its price will drop on Monday.

Based on the yesterday trading, the price shot up from 92 sen to close at Rm 1.02, an increase of 10 sen with 42.7 million shares changed hands, I think it may have a small correction due to day traders who have to sell to take some profit.

There must be some big funds who can afford to buy 42.7 million shares so aggressively in one day. I believe it will continue to go higher. Koon Yew Yin

After dropping in the last 4 months from Rm 1.54 to the current level, it looks like a trend reversal. As I said before, no share can go up or fall continuously for whatever reasons; sooner or later its trend must reverse. Of course, the best time to buy is yesterday at the pivoting point. But no one can be sure until it continues to climb higher for a few more days. To be able to make more money, investors must take some risk. In any case, the downside is very limited.

I must admit, I am partially responsible for the price to fall so rapidly. I know a few major shareholders were also forced to sell. You must bear in mind that when the price goes up higher, there will be no more forced selling and the price should continue to climb. I assure you that all my problem is resolved and I don't have to sell any more.

After having gone through a few bad experiences, I have learned that challenges are lifelong; don't give up because solutions are also lifelong. Koon Yew Yin

As a result, investors expect Lion Industries to report a lower profit in the 4th quarter which will be announced before the end of the month.

I also expect the price will fall when the company announces a lower profit. As you can see the price has gone up by 6 sen per share today. The following is from Pussycats

why kyy cannot tell us when lionind is around 70-80cts? why must need to wait already up 100% then tell us?

Uncle KYY is a bottom fisher lah!

He bought in Hong Kong during market crash!

He bought Latitude at Rm1.00 and told all to chase at Rm7.00 to Rm8.00

KYY bought Hengyuan at Rm7 and told Sorchai to Sailang Hengyuan with Margin from Rm17.00 to Rm19.00 (Sold Hengyuan and made a Big Slaughter of Sorcahi & Sardines but gave excuse that Banks reduce margin loans)

He bought Jaks all the way from 50 sen? to Rm1.00 until his name emerged as Top 5% substantial holders (Start selling at Rm1.50 with cooked up excuse as margin calls)

So bought LionInd at 70 sen & come out to promote at Rm1.20 also a very clever move

My reply to pussycats is that even Lion is selling Rm 1.20 is not too late to buy because I expect it to increase to Rm 2, 3, 4 if it continues to make increasing profit. Remember Latitude went up from Rm 1.00 to above Rm 8 within 2.5 years. Lion was selling at 70 sen 6 weeks ago. If the market condition remains unchanged for 2.5 years, I believe many people will be rushing to buy when the price is Rm 2, 3, or 4.

Only time can tell whether I am honest and right to recommend you to buy Lion at Rm 1.20. You have to read Mr Ooi Teik Bee's recommendation on Lion Industries.

For your information, today Mr Ooi Teik Bee bought about 3.3 million Lion Industry shares for me and I bought another about 1.5 million shares, totalling about 4,8 million shares. Mr Ooi and I are not worried about Tabung Haji selling. The total volume transacted is 27 million shares. Tabung Haji reported it still has about 49 million shares after selling. There must be some big funds for buying so many shares. The price was Rm 1.63 about 5 months ago.

I recall that about 5 years ago, I was buying VS Industry aggressively when Tabung Haji was selling until they stopped selling and the share price went up more than 550% within 18 months, I was the 2nd largest shareholder of VS Ind.

As I said, I posted my article to share my knowledge. I do not expect to make money out of you all small investors. There are about 100 small traders who often write senselessly. Assuming each of then has 100,000 shares, the total is only about 10 million shares. I can easily buy them up.

Jaks is on cheap sale
Koon Yew Yin 4 Aug 2018
From the company announcement, you can see that my wife and I have bought more than 150 million Jaks with margin loan. Due to the depressed property market and the bad publicity of the legal battle with Star, many shareholders are dumping their shares. When the price plunged, we have to sell to meet margin call which is a vicious cycle. Forced selling will depress the price lower which will create more forced selling until more buyers come forward to support the price.
I was too bullish and bought too many Jaks. It is like I drank too much XO brandy until I vomit. It is not that XO or Jaks is not good, but I had too much of the good thing.
I am ashamed to admit my mistake. This is my worst mistake in share investing in my life. I must remember this mistake and learn from my mistake.
As you know, there is always some risk in buying any share. I was so bullish because I thought I could make money as I did in Latitude, Lii Hen and VS Industry, all of which had gone up a few hundred percent within 2.5 years.
My main reason for buying Jaks is its 1,200 MW power plant, generating electricity for the Vietnamese Government. I was so sure that the consortium of 3 Chinese national banks would have examined the power purchase agreement thoroughly before they would finance Rm 7.76 billion for the project. It is like the banks are guaranteeing profit for Jaks.

All smart investors should be able to see that the price has been plunging in the last 3 months and take advantage of this cheap sale to buy.
Cheap sale is quite rare and you are lucky. Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.

The word “Sialang” or “Sai Lang” comes from the Cantonese word “晒冷,” It refers to wagering one’s entire assets, resources, life-savings or wealth on a project, in a competition or an endeavour. In addition, the word Sialang is commonly used in investing, where we always hear people, especially Malaysian investors, say they Sialang in a company.

For astute investors, Sialang is the best way to grow wealth and maximise gain. I have never known any successful people who do not Sialang in the companies they dedicate their lifetime effort to. This practice is very common in world of business, where we see a lot of the successful businessmen or businesswomen focus on what matters most and have their money invested only in the companies they founded. For example, in Malaysia, the wealth of Public Bank’s Chairman Teh Hong Piow, IOI Group’s founder Lee Shin Cheng and Press Metal’s CEO Koon Poh Keong is all tied to their stakes in their own companies and the performance of their stocks.

Most investors and investment professionals overly concentrate on fundamental and technical analyses and fail to notice the importance of profit growth. They do not think like a businessman. But the best way to mint money in stock market is to Sialang in a company with high profit growth prospect like a businessman. To be really successful in investing, one must be willing to venture like an entrepreneur and focus on the profit growth prospect of a company. Out of the stocks in Bursa Malaysia, you must only pick the one that has the truly tremendous profit growth potential.

Why company with tremendous profit growth potential?

Among all the criteria, such as NTA, cash flow, dividend yield etc, the most powerful catalyst to move share price is profit growth prospect. To do so, you need to be able to see the earnings potential of the company and must use some business sense to estimate the earnings of the company a few years down the road. One of the techniques is finding the factor or catalyst that can move the earnings needle. The chance of picking a winning stock would be higher if you could leverage on your knowledge and experience to find a profitable company with near-term and long-term catalysts. For example, I have done business for more than fifty years and involved in many mega construction projects. I know how construction companies make money and can tell if the companies would make more money next year than this year.

I know readers do not like to read anything written by egotistic writers. For the sake of additional clarity of this article, I have to boast that I was one of the founders of Mudajaya, IGB, Gamuda and IJM Corporation Bhd.

Bank loan and Margin loan

Many conservative business men dare not use Bank loan to do business. To maximise your profit, you must use bank loan. I always borrow money from banks to do business. If I did not borrow money, I would not have expanded my businesses so quickly.

I always use margin loan to buy more shares. Of course, I can win more if my bet is right. But I will lose more if my bet is wrong. Margin loan is a double edge sword. It cuts both sides. It is only meant for experience investors.

Jaks joint venture with the controlling shareholder Andy Ang signed an agreement to buy Star's 6 acres in the PJ, KL in exchange for building a high rise office building, called Star Tower". Because the JV did not pay any cash, they had to provide a performance bond of Rm 50 million. Since the construction was delayed, Star sued to forfeit the Rm 50 million bond. The construction was delayed because the whole project is too large. The whole project consisted of 2 office tower blocks in front and 3 high rise condo at the back sitting on a multi-storey car park. When completed the total value must worth a lot of money.

This reminds me of my early experience when I started property development business with a small capital. I always looked out for a similar deal. I coined the phrase "use a silk string to tie a big fat bull". In the old days, I could sell properties easily. For example when we started Ipoh Gardens if we open offer to sell 200 houses there would be 1000 prospective buyers. We had to get the MB to draw lots to select the lucky buyers.

Currently, the situation is so different. If a developer wants to sell 200 houses, there will be less 10 buyers.

I must admit my mistake in buying too many Jaks with margin loans. It is like drinking too much XO brandy until I vomit. It is not that OX or Jaks is not good. When the price drops too rapidly due to the court judgment in favour of Star to forfeit the Rm 50 million performance guarantee, I have a margin call and I have to sell to raise money to pay back. Smart people always learned from their mistake.

Forced selling is a vicious cycle. When the price drops, there will be more margin call and more forced selling until it is so cheap that attracts more buyers than sellers. Investors must realise that Jaks was selling at Rm 1.83 about 6 months ago. They must take advantage of the current basement cheap sale.

I wish to take this opportunity to tell you that I was appointed a member of the Perak Economic Advisory Council yesterday. I also strongly recommend reading my last article: Is title so important?

Best wishes Koon Yew Yin

If you study my proposal of giving right issues with free convertible warrants, you can believe the company will implement my proposal to benefit all the shareholders.

You can see my proposal if you click this link or see the full article as I posted: Eversendai: KYY's proposal of Rights Issue with Free Convertible Warrants -

JAKS: KYY’s proposal to raise funds

Koon Yew Yin 13 June 2018

As you know, the company made an announcement of the proposed selling of renounceable convertible warrants at 25 sen each to each person holding 2 shares. That means if you own 2 shares you are entitled to buy 1 convertible warrant at 25 sen. Investors reacted negatively. As a result, the share price dropped by 5 sen per share yesterday.

This morning I told my friends that I would be writing this proposal to the management of Jaks which should be better than the proposed proposal. In believing the company will implement my proposal, they started to buy to support the share price. If they did not, I believe the price would continue to fall to a lower level.

In my 50 years of experience in managing companies and looking at the stock market, I have not seen any company doing the same way to raise money for the company. By issuing warrants at a huge discount, it is sending a wrong message, telling the market the company share is overvalued.

I like to propose that the company to call a right issue of 1 share for every 10 shares held by shareholders at say Rm 1.40 per share with a free convertible warrant. Giving out free convertible warrants is like giving free cash "ang pow" because warrants can be sold immediately in the open market.

Warrants should normally be trading at a premium.

The total issued number of shares is about 500 million. If the company follow my way, the company will receive about 50 million X Rm 1.40 = Rm 70 million which is about the same amount as that from their original proposed method.

When the warrants are eventually converted into shares, there will be a further cash injection into the company of about RM 50 million.

If the company needs more money, it can call a right issue of 1 share for every 8 shares held by shareholders. In this case, the company will get more money.

I strongly believe when the company announces the withdraw of their original proposal and replace it with my proposal, the share price will go up, because investors, especially existing shareholders, will want to get 1 free convertible warrant by buying 10 shares.

I trust the board of directors will consider my proposal seriously.

I see there are so many people who are worried about my problem with income tax and the withdrawal of my margin facilities and the previous Attorney General branded me as a persona non grata. I am very touched and I must thank you for your concern.

I am happy to tell you all that our new Finance Minister's assistant Dr Ong Kian Ming has resolved all my problem.

By the way, Jaks has just announced the offer of 1 warrant to every 2 shares held by shareholders. You can see the details in the company's announcement. I think many investors will rush to buy Jaks tomorrow and the price will go up. This is my opinion.

My golden rule: Among all the criteria, such as NTA, Cash flow, dividend yield etc, the most powerful catalyst to move share price is profit growth prospect. My golden rule is the company must have reported 2 consecutive quarter increasing profit and the projected P/E must be below 10. I choose P/E 10 to avoid unforeseen risk. To be really successful, you need practice, confidence and patience to buy and hold for fruits to ripen.

Eversendai: I have been accumulating it and now I am the 2nd largest shareholder. It has been reporting increasing profit in the last few quarters- thus in compliance with my share selection golden rule.

The KLCI has been falling ever since Tun Dr Mahthir announced that he wanted to look at all the mega projects especially those contracts which were awarded without open competitive tender. IJM Goerge Kent and Gamuda dropped like coconuts.

In fact, Eversendai went up instead of coming down. I am very sure the price of Eversendai will go higher when the overall market sentiment improves.

If you read my appeal carefully you should notice that since I retired as director of IJM more than 20 years ago, all my profit is from the stock market which is not taxable. In the history of Malaysia, no one has been taxed form profit from share investment. This policy is to encourage people to invest in listed companies so that they can use investors'money to do more business.

I hope someone can tell Beary and lala23 that they are wrong and crude.

For a long time, I did not look at JAKS on this forum because I was busy in campaigning for Pakatan Harapan. I am proud to have done my part to kick out the corrupted BN government.

When Tun Dr Mahathir held the fundraising dinner in Ipoh about 3 months ago, I donated Rm 200,000. As a result, the Attorney General branded me as a persona non grata and instructed Maybank Investment Bank to freeze my current account and withdraw Rm 40 million margin facilities each for my wife and me. God works in a mysterious way to help me. I was forced to sell all my Hengyuan shares at much higher prices. As a result, I do not have a margin call in spite of the price for Jaks has been falling from Rm 1.82 to the current level due to the legal battle with the Star for late contract completion of its construction contract. Investors must remember that even if Jaks has to cough the Rm 50 million, they should not dump their holdings at this price level. The high court hearing has been postponed due to GE14. The case is about Star wanting to forfeit the Rm 50 million performance guarantee provided by Jaks. As I have a long experience in the contract industry, I think Jaks has a good case.

Jaks bought the Star's huge piece of land without cash payment but in exchange for 1 office block and 1 condo block. Since Jaks did not pay any cash, it required providing a performance bond of Rm 50 million issued by the Bank. During the construction, Star wanted Jaks to alter the condo block to an office block. Jaks had to stop construction work to get the architect to redesign and submit new drawings to the Authorities for approval. Do you know how long to get the approval of the new design? This delay cost a lot of money. Jaks has to pay for all the construction site and office administration expenses. I strongly believe Jaks can ask for reimbursement of the cost.

Calvin my favorite critic must have sold all his Eversendai and Hengyuan at lower prices to spite me and now he is crying and leaking his wounds. He is telling readers to sell. Readers are quite smart and they are telling not to be so stupid because Sendai and Hengyuan are going higher and higher.

If Calvin is really smart, he has to show us the number of Eversendai and Hengyuan shares he still has. Koon Yew Yin

On 6 April I posted another article to state openly that I would continue to buy. It gained Rm 1.45 at the close of the day.

Now I am telling you all that I will continue to buy Hengyuan to day. I am not asking you to help me push up the share price. I hope my favorite critic Calvintaneng will sell to spite me.

In the stock market, almost all day traders lose money because of transaction and government stamp duty. Most of the short-term investors also lose money. Records show that almost all Fund Managers do not make much profit. The local top Fund Manager can make slightly more than 10% per annum. It is the clever long-term investors who make the most money. The reasons are they have good foresight and patience which are the keys to successful investing.

In my article which I posted yesterday, I said I would start to buy back Hengyuan, all my critics must have sold to spite me. But the price went up 72 sen. Today it went up another Rm 1.48 sen with 10.3 million shares change hands. That is why all my critics must have sold and nothing more to sell. Readers can see that they are now crying and leaking their wounds.

Based on the huge volume traded every day with the unusually big gain in price, I will not sell so quickly. If my critics have some more shares, they should sell to depress the price to hurt me.

Ha, ha, ha, I am laughing all the way to my bank.

Although Ken Holdings' the earnings for the last few quarters were quite impressive but it will not have good profit growth prospect because it is one of the Property Developers which are all facing great difficulties in selling their properties.

If you open your eyes, you can see there is an oversupply of properties in every town and city in Malaysia. Many smaller developers will go bankrupt.

I will not buy it.
