Let's put things in perspective... Technically BV is operating without a valid mining licence. I believe BV would have applied for the licence 6 months before the expiry. In other words the application is pending. Since the application is under review by the authorities, I do not think BV mining operations is deemed illegal

To me, a substantial shareholder is just a substantial shareholder, nothing more to it. He don't represent the company. He however have every right to request for a seat in the board. Whether he gets to seat in the board will be decided by the sitting Board of Directors. Should there be a request, do you think Freddie wants him on board? I doubt so. However his continued buying will make us happy...
