Trading of Vsolar Warrant will be Suspended the following day 21st June 2023...

The involvement of Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (CDRC) which is under the preview of Bank Negara Malaysia, is my motivation in buying into Sapura though in a small way. Bringing CDRC in means the affected lending institutions have Agreed Not to institute Legal actions to recover it's debts. Effectively means No Winding Up.

Don't regard this as a buying call. This counter is not for the faint hearted...

I always find it amusing why our influential analyst are very fond of using TP as their valuation of a listed company. TP are figures pluck from the sky. The issue at hand now is between Bahvest & Bursa on the submission of the 1Q Result. If it can be. proven that doctored 1Q results have been submitted, necessary actions will be taken by Bursa. Bahvest has failed in upholding its fiduciary duty.

Interesting to see if there's query from Bursa on the 1Q Result. Bahvest have gone on record that documents are incomplete due to the raid... yet able to furnish the results.

AztDynt9... how do you justify to the acts that have lead to the files confiscated? Not forgetting it even lead the trail to how the golds were disposed suspiciously via the goldsmiths. There are questionable or criminal intent in the disposal from the beginning. I don't see how Force Majeure come into play here...
