It is not something so straight forward. The contract will be proven illegal by the court. Not to mention the strong possibility of being Sued... which is going to be an expensive & wasteful affair. Best option in my opinion is Bravest buying over the concession company Southsea... The Southsea cannot have 2 Captains on board

The fish monger did the right thing by employing Wagner thugs to disrupt Bahvest mining operations. It has actually strengthen Bahvest's injunction application. Come July 17th, the fish monger will have no choice but to sell off entirely Southsea, the concession owner to Bahvest. See if the fish monger dare to go against the injunction. Mining operation will soon start...

At last, Bahvest has applied & obtained the injunction against the landlord... Breathtaking day tomorrow...

The damning unqualified auditors' report is actually advantages to Sapura in it's final negotiations with it's financial providers. With it's going-concern questioned has given Sapura the upper hand. I hope Sapura will not extract too much out of it's advantage with the lenders. Pay up what's is owned even though its a legacy issue. Sapura is in the business where she has the capacity & ability to fulfill it's financial obligations

As what @joyvest said, I fully agree. Inaction/Deliberate delay/Legal suits by the Landowner will cause lots of headache to the new management. Of course market price is a separate issue...
