It is not as simple as that. Full settlement of RM20.4m MAY entitle you the extensions beyond 90 days. It is all subject to the pleasure of the land owner. Who has that money now? Are banks prepared to help out given the negative publicity in the boardroom?

The trespassing that goes back to 2017 (when they switched over to mining as their sole business) & eviction notice has confirmed Bahvest has been into illegal mining. The Annual Reports has actually been reporting audited stolen gold transactions 2017-22. He doesn't understand the legal ramifications on himself by issuing the legal letter

My take... the listing of Bahvest on Bursa is actually ILLEGAL.
The current fiasco has shown it to us. Many legal issues are now coming out. Legally, it is going to be Very Messy. The losers are the minority shareholders

By relying on news articles that have a disclaimer attached, they are indirectly accusing PNB of it's failure to uphold it's corporate governance. Until I see the declaration by PNB that they have ceased to be Sapura's substantial shareholder, I will not take this piece by Marketscreener seriously. I don't think they will legally stand by what they published. The Share registrar is the authority for this verification... not a website

The sukuk of RM7.0 billions issued in 2015 saw negative returns & the rights RM4.0 billions in 2019 also saw negative returns. Despite having a shareholder like PNB, everybody lost badly... Only new shareholders like @Bon88 whose holding costs is only 3.7 sen gains, against PNB's 80 sen
