Specially for a stock like JAKS, your perspective of what KYY is scheming doesn't add up

In the zero-sum game, wolves don't or can't make money out of wolves. They make money out of their preys. This stock is just too small to allow multiple wolves co-exist.

If JAKS will be so good and money making machine, IB or super investors wont purchase via open market, it will be private placement to join the company for long term

@oldhand, if his target is on IB and super investors, does KYY have a chance in a wolves fight? Wouldn't it be simple for them to see through his poney tricks?

If retail means nothing, why would he do what he is doing

Look at the money game scheme, all millions and billions in amount. It doesn't take crazy amount of people to contribute and build up billions

We can already EXPECT he will not declare transaction to BURSA when he dumps the shares, until a few months late

He had violated the BURSA rule repeatedly, many times, for not declaring transactions. It's BURSA rule that major shareholders must declare transaction within 2 weeks. He did that multiple times before.

Ever think about why would KYY invest multi-millions into a stock that NEVER EVER pay dividend?

It generates no form of returns for keeping the money in a stock that doesn't pay dividend. Think about the return of multi million got from FD 3%. It's a big loss to him

There is no point for a businessman to investment in something that doesn't generate return, not to say holding it for long term. Yet he preaches and quotes Warren Buffett. Hold the stock for long term and you make money eventually.

This is a dirty secret that KYY doesn't tell you about what and how he thinks.

But he needs people to pay higher price to buy his shares

Mr.Koon make the same mistake for gadang when he said gadang is so cheap at 3.2 with PE 4 ... he repeat the same for hengyuan.

@Depeche, you had to understand the different investment style between small retailer and multi-millionaire like KYY. Small retailer can buy and sell whenever they like because their capital are too small to have any effect on the price. But it's different case for multi million value transaction. It will push up the price.

When people like KYY they bet their money on big capital companies that is on the trending topics around the globe, such as oil and gas. Big capital stock can digest the multi million ringgit transactions better than a penny stock does.

As a matter of fact, we don't know how KYY actually play the stock market. He could sometimes feel like taking risk on goreng penny stock. He does not need to share this kind of info with you.

But KYY preaches about fundamental investment that fit his best personal interest. Asking people to hold on to their stocks. He likes to preach stocks at the bad entry price at the wrong timing.
