Base on your judgement about property that already reach the peak level,if for Reit counter will it be the same concern that we need to beware or the current Reit price already reach their limit that not worth to buy anymore.
but dont expect reit will fly in one day 10% .. its take time to move up in price as its not a speculative stock . bt acording to myresearch ... malaysia reit is stable even in crisis . wont drop much
yes but wont be as bad as property market . in any situation ... businessman still need to do business n still need to rent lot in shpping centre n hotel still running. whatever ... its still listing in bursa n still expose to volatility . so jz set a rule for entry n exit with certain cut loss %. important dont be more then 8% but i usually use 3% for non blue chip stock
yes tenant but usually reit rent out to big n mnc . usually theygoal is long term . same as u buy unit trust , will u go for short term or long ? business is a long term matter . big company n mnc will have cash for turn over . maybe reit yield will be lower in time of crisis as tenant might negotiate with owner for rental rate that affect the dividind. but in good time , rental going up . dividend going up too . like ksl in jb rental up
