U guys ought to stay in the jungle and create your own colony there. Surely DAP used race-based politics to garner chinese votes. Isn't this called 'RACISM'? This is like the 1969 GE.

Don't worry, in no time racism will not be significant, you see at the moment about 65 % of the population demand special treatment, and with the demographic shift very soon there will be more than 80 % will want this, can the nation satisfies the 80 over percent ? If not it looks like those who has the connection or those willing to kick back will get the treatment, the struggle will be in this group, the chinese and the indian
vote will not be any significant any more.

Since the 1969 tragedy, the leaders worked hard to unite the people, but sadly, in GE13, racism has been used to garner Chinese votes.

Do we have chinese and Tamil schools in US or UK, or even Australia. The leaders tried to accomodate for all races but clearly in GE13, most of the Chinese voted based on racism.

@ranger, what u wrote is exactly what caused Chinese votes to fell one sided - Chinese Malaysian is no begger, these r what the community ENTITLED RIGHTFULLY UNDER THE LAW, but BN gov has always treat this like a "give'n'take".

u r WRONG to say Chinese voted base on racism.

If racism is unchecked, I'm afraid the nation is heading for disaster one day. If DAP promotes racism just for their political agenda, and if that filters through the next generation, we won't have a harmonious n peaceful Malaysia again.

If our leaders run the JUNTA-type govt, u all would have been suppressed. BUT the govt had tried to build a united Malaysians as the pie is big. Yet, DAP today had resought to racism campaign to garner Chinese votes.

Chinese are not anti-BN... We are anti-corruptions. Since GE13 has over & result has come out. Pls dont talk politic in this forum.

Again, we are not anti-PM, we are anti-corruption & anti-cronies...

We hope after this GE13, our beloved PM can get rid of the corruption & turn Malaysia deficit to surplus, abolish AP, reduce fuel, reduce tax & dont implement GST then every Malaysian will be happy to live under the Malaysian Flag, under the blessing of our Agong.

again, u wrote like other's success is "given", which in fact ppl don't need bn to "give" anything. ppl believe under PR, these rights will be granted LAWFULLY with RESPECT. if BN continues to think they can win by "giving", u can be sure next GE will the last for BN, bcos even bumi do not see it that way anymore

ranger, FYI Chinese is well to do or at least not starving in every foreign country in the world (economically) not just in Malaysia because they - Chinese are well known to be hard working. Maybe they have special adaptation skill (darwin's theory)? Even uneducated Chinese manage to make a living in Malaysia and some even became tycoon without any help from govt. Dont blame anyone/anything for their success. You should think why Chinese voters went for opposition.. So dont link racism into politics.

Because of this idea of Superiority & Supremancy in laying claim who is benefitted from whom, is exactly the idea that split the society, "All that is Yours is Mine because I gave you the rights to have it, so you still owe to me". "Who give you the rights to question my rights to be".
All forms arguement based on rasicm is not in accord to the Spirit of the Constitution which was granted to every citizen in this country.

I believe that the special quota were given solely due to the income Gap. e.g 30% bumi workers for banks, 30% bumi equity, or quota. they were implemented to encourage bumi participation.

But, no race is more superior than the other. Racists are ignorant.

without a peaceful and business friendly environment, the success of business is not possible, also, without our far sighted development projects and other policies ,we can not be what we are today,50 years ago, we started to plant oil palm, rubber, cocoa and others which earn a lot of money for our rural people,so people in town can do business.if our government want our people to plant banana ,longan rambutan, ha,we finished lah today.those who say they very smart to do business ,just go to Sigapore(don't talk about other countries in the region) ,see what they can do there.DAP has stir up the anger and emotion of Chinese voters, they vote on emotion.DAP won tell them,50 year of economic development in Malaysia,Chinese are one of the biggest beneficiaries ,at least they better than the Indian and ordinary Malays.

Penggunaan istilah ‘Tsunami Cina’ tidak bertanggungjawab — Tamrin Ghafar

MAY 07, 2013

Bagaimana Umno/BN hendak melaksanakan “national reconciliation” terutama apabila MCA mengambil penderian menolak sebarang lantikan kabinet, exco, dan lain lain ekoran kekalahan teruk mereka, jika pemimpin Umno TIDAK menghormati perasaan mereka.

"Contrary to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s arguments in his victory speech, the “2013 tsunami” wasn’t merely racial.

There are also powerful socio-economic and political forces at work.

Basically, Malaysia’s cities, suburbs and towns are establishing their way of doing politics and the issues that matter to their residents and voters.

Malaysia’s urban areas have different views as to how the country should be governed.

They want change, even if this does not necessarily mean a change in government." Karim Raslan

Recall my comments, the words "You must be grateful is being played again"

Mar 10, 2013 03:56 PM | Report Abuse

"sometimes I wonder why there are so many stupid idiots who blindly support BN/UMNO/MCA after so incidences or episodes of country mismanagement???"

They are not stupid idiots, they are mainly malays, especially the rural ones, are told and more words being drummed into their minds to be grateful to the UMNO led government and now the same method is being done to the Indians, after so called spending millions on them. They want to keep these people poor and dependent on them and become BN fixed deposits. As to the spending, how much really reached the poor? Obvious isn't it when government spend some people also helped themselves to the ringgit. The coming election slippage will be even bigger. Haven't we heard before after the election MCA branches money men will start to renovate their houses. On the question of gratefulness, TDM, Najib, Rosmah and almost all cabinets members have the same mentality. Furthermore, they went many steps further to warn these poor people that if they do not support BN, the chinese will take advantage of their newly found political power to divert the country resources to themselves. Of course, the poor and less educated don't know that currently states like Selangor and Penang are more efficiently run by PR than former BN parties. Where can it be seen that the chinese elected members have used such political powers to divert resources to themselves or the chinese community in such states? In fact when BN were ruling the states many pieces of land were sold at token prices to enrich BN cronies in Penang and Selangor. That is only land and many other contracts given to cronies at highly marked up price given to cronies are still ongoing. The most prominent one recently is Raja Roopiah and Deepak deal.

"He said the Chinese voters forgot about practising moderation and instead voted on racial lines, adding such politics is not healthy.

"We hope the Chinese could think about national harmony in future elections instead of race-based politics," he said."

Malaysia is a democratic country. So, voting is the rights of people and now it have been deemed as racism? We urge for change to bring down the bad one. That's the will of people,as simple as that.

Najib blamed the Chinese for his failure. His stance and social policies were inconsistent right up to choosing BN candidates. In other words he did not walked his talk. BN men just can't changed and does not faced reality.

Najib a failed Stateman.

"The measure of a statesman is determined by their reaction to critical situations - especially in scenarios where he is leading a highly divided demographic - and Najib had just undone all the work he had undertaken in his four years, including his coining of the ‘1Malaysia’ slogan- with his horrible gaffe in branding the election results on Sunday as a result of a "Chinese tsunami".

"Dodging any public dialogue, forum or debate on policies, he stood on the comfort of BN-backed platforms and threw baseless allegations and wilfully distorted facts about Pakatan administrations - he was one of those politicians making a cacophony of noise with desperate hopes that his shouts will muffle out any dissent or counter arguments.

He was busy telling the people that only BN can do a proper job in these states. He made assessments that Pakatan is not fit to lead these wealthy states, without outlining any concrete reasons.

BN knows best?

This man was telling the people that BN knows best. But this was the same man that during a national day gathering said that the "the days of the government knows best is now over". If he can't see his own hypocrisy, Najib must be as delusional as ever in branding himself as a statesman.

And when it dawned upon him on the wee hours of May 6 that he failed to obtain a two-thirds majority - a promise he made to Umno and BN without as much as assessing the ground sentiments - and that he failed miserably in Selangor despite being the elections director for his party there, Najib turned his ire on the Chinese community."

The Chinese should wake up by now that all these while they have been working hard for their business but unable to enjoy the fruit of their hardwork when their business expands.

You will know that each time your business expands and prepare to go public, you'll have to donate 30% of your company stakes to some crony datuk for him to take part in your business.

Why?

As you all know, Ah Jip and his cronies only intends to continue making use of the Chinese to feed his investment schemes.

We all knew who was behind the gold investment scam, bonds and property speculations. He needs you all to continue contributing to his schemes in order to get richer.

They even place AES cameras in places where they think they can rip more money out of the Chinese!

So why do you all still have faith and so much confidence in KLSE and invest in those questionable schemes such as bonds, mutual funds, and commodities?

Furthermore the GST will soon be introduced, energy prices are going to hike, we'll be seeing more inflation.

He is going to make you all Chinese take out all your money and donate towards his plans. Watch out for the the tings to come.

Remember profit takers won't exist if there are no losers!
Fact is somebody is trying to make a fool of the Chinese community in Malaysia to part their money and give it to him.

"No amount of rhetorical whitewashing can hide the fact that the poor performance of Barisan in the 2013 election is due to its failure to win the heart and mind of the urban voter. The faster it faces reality and move away from its obsolete race-based mindset, the better its prospects for the next electoral battle."

When your strategy failed always blame the chinese.

"The popular vote in Election 2013 tells the story of a “Bangsa Malaysia” generation voting for the first time and across racial lines, but for Barisan Nasional (BN), blaming Chinese voters is far more convenient to ensure unity and mask strategies that failed.
Some three million of the 13.3 million voters cast their ballots for the first time in last weekend’s polls and many likely did so for BN’s foes Pakatan Rakyat (PR), who vowed to end cronyism, excess expenditure and endemic corruption."

Fakta: Kaum Melayu & bumiputera: 61.5%
Sumber: wikipedia > Demographics of Malaysia

KITA PUN KENA HIJRAH..!!

Racism adalah bukan ajaran Islam, kalau anda benar-benar Islam, anda sepatutnya dah tahu. Dalil?:
Wahai umat manusia! [Surah Al-Hujurat ayat 13]
