YES you can BUT why you want to transfer? your shares can be at the Stockbroker in Penang. But now trading is done online/ or call/sms to remiser Whereever you are it does not matter. ALL you need is to inform the stockbroker of new address by completing their trading acc and CDS forms on changes of correspondence address.Stockbroker will inform CDS and you will receive Statement of your shares from CDS mailed to your new address. HAA.. peanut right. Transfer of shares from one broker to another is costly. Call your broker tommorow!!
