just buy plantation stocks & keep, Mr Koon is already in so why worry ... every 15 minutes a child is born somewhere on this planet .... this commodity is a necessity .... just buy down beaten stock & wait for it $$$$ to rise .... my pick Jay-tea-asa & tea-ass-tripleH hehehe

Even though the CPO price has been dropping, palm oil is something that will always be in demand. I don't think it will go down to that level of some years ago when some settlers had to take on part-time jobs to make ends meet. But even during those times many of the plantation companies still made profits.
The last few years were "exceptional". Can't expect this to go on and on. The mood is subdued but this gives genuine investors (as opposed to "traders") the chance to buy at a more reasonable price. Especially those that pay generous dividends.

normally, plantation stock will rebound or raised in year end. so, better accumulate in Oct, mature in Nov, harvest in Dec.
No result.

the validity period for the additional export quota is between 2-3 months. If the approval letter is dated at end July. the companies need to ship out the CPO on or before end-October
