there's still downside risk from current levels...The uncertainties will be cleared once GE is over. So, we ought to be careful. Contras are very risky in this kind of scenario. The strategy is bargain hunting and bottom fishing as mkt tends to move up after GE. Till then, volatility gonna be high.

Please follow step by step, see whether 1,602 can hold or not. I will not able to predict, I just follow what the chart indicates to me.

Before 21/1/2013, all charts are bullish. After yesterday Long down bar, the market sentiment had changed from bullish to bearish. How low can it drop ? I do not know and not willing to predict.

A lot of people making silly mistakes by comparing current situation with 2008. 2008 was a damn bad year for stock markets for the whole world. This year the stock market in regional still perfoms very well.

Foreign investors have been the net equity buyers with accumulated net purchase of RM2.8 b for the last 3 months only net sold RM1.8m worth of equity yesterday.

The local funds are pushing it down now so they can push it up again for the "feel good factors" before CNY.

Time will proof whether I am right or wrong.
