It's true, now middle class can't even afford to own a single storey in urban area. I'm not talking abt luxury home, but just a decent home ya.
Food are so expensive, hawker food not that economical anymore.
I feel it especially since the last 2-3years.
The middle class were paying the most taxes. Yet, it is the middle class who suffer the most....
The middle class can't ask for any subsidy nor can they escape from paying less tax.
Life is never fair.....@ that's the truth.

BTW, many SMEs are also going into oblivion as I was told all businesses are now "LOCAL"
