sometimes, European & Asia business attitude is totally different.European more depends on system & the usage of capable person to handling his business.But for Asian,most of them will depends on their own hard work,that's why sometimes will have lack of time to focus on his family.

westerners - very few went for tuition classes. Yet when it matters they are smarter, more innovative and creative than asians. Well...some might not agree but anyway they are NOT less innovative or creative than asian kids who went for tuition. Why?
