i make a lot from symlife (free cash div/share div/free warrants) and cabut, they have low quality assets and HUGE amount of debt

kc loh, i have blue chips from 2008,maybank(bot 3.00 vs div 0.50-0.60), afg(bot 2.30) gamuda(bot 1.90), just collect dividend

I think over long run properties will still be in demand especially urban areas, but now need to see the banks' mechanism of loan in place. Coughing up the initial deposits could be some problems for first time buyers for eg. (Unless got rich parents or relatives lah) Anyway, if you buying the counters with solid financial standing, sizable land bank and good reputation can never go wrong in my opinion!

From your list, I like asiapac (mentioned by email group member,strong in sabah) and keladi (in up and coming kulim if not mistaken) others haven't studied yet! Ecoworld seems to be in spotlight lately too!

tjhldg's(from kaki flag thread) remisier said asiapac gonna go up to 0.40, previously his remiser advise him to buy bimb-wa at 0.65 then shoot up above 0.85
