well since you asked for it How about MMSV since you're looking at Elsoft already :)same sector but Elsoft PE is more than double of MMSV though more than likely Elsoft has been a good stable company and MMSV juz recently turn around :)

Just do financial statement analysis, you will know elsoft is overvalued comapeed to mmsv
