Don't believe too much of the so called 'advice' by independent adviser, after all they are appointed by the major shareholders. For those who still remember the two corporate exercises by pharmaniaga, one advised the small shareholders to accept, subsequently the share prices doubled or tripled after the exercise. The second one advised the shareholders to reject the offer, and share price tanked after the exercise.
