Tambun houses are mainly landed and selling well bcoz quite some foreign investment coming in nearby industrial part. These are more local genuine buyers who intend to stay and build their families.

@kyy, Tambun at Simpang Ampat is already a mature township. What do u think of the competition from Paramount and Ecoworld that aggressively launching projects near to Batu Kawan ind Park. Pls share as I m not a Penangite. Thks

One should look at this company for middle term.
Tambun has big piece of land, yet to be developed, near to the Batu Kawan Industrial Park. This industrial park is growing day by day.

The balance sheet is supported by real estate. Tambun bought those real estate cheap at around 13-17psf.
These are land. They are tangible.
Unlike other types of inventories, land will not become obsolete, depreciate, disappear and etc. If anything, land value will continue to rise. One should at least analyze this company based on this perspective.

Tambun has a lot of land value to unlock. As mentioned by @Shubok, they haven't fully developed the land near Batu Kawan Industrial Park. The few property stock to own since most of them are rubbish except this one

Tambun will outperform in Q2 2022. Personally I will hold until Jun after May earnings. Anyone selling at the breakout will deeply regret their decision.

Short term traders will probably unload on break-out but there is no reason Tambun should be trading below RM1.00. I have only found 1 similar property company with actual investment opportunities. Tambun is the very few property stocks that investors should pay attention to.
