I am not convinced that WC bought the shares on margin. If he does, with the deal off, Parkson is going to 50 cents on forced selling.

It is his group(Lion Ind for eg) that does the buying not his own money.

bank will only force sell when wc cant cover .. only the person close to him or banker will know

go check the top 30 shares holder list in this company , and see got how many nominee acct that related to wc then u know he pledged shares or not :)
