Is kk123 jealous? Last time Icon8888 commented on my post about Waseong having 1 million acres of Oil Palm lands. I never think Icon Sifu was jealous. You see, we need to double check our position less we go astray.

We are here to help one another in i3 Investor Forum to prosper and progress.

Now this is Calvin's impartial view on Comcorp.

Latest result looked very impressive indeed. A 4.5 cents profit this quarter. Revenue increased by Rm24 millions & profit increased by Rm6 millions. NTA has increased from 69 cts to 79 cts.

At surface reading Comcorp's result appears to be impressive.

However, on closer look there are 2 flags

1) There is an increase in receivables by Rm18 millions (From Rm69.6 millions to Rm87.7 millions receivables.) What are these receivables? Owed by who & how long?

2) Although there is a profit of Rm6 millions or 4.5 cts as reported the Accounts on the bottom line showed a cash depletion.

Cash was Rm53.3 millions. Now Rm46.2 millions. A drop of Rm7 milions. So on the surface it reported a Rm6 millions profit but the A/c showed a decrease of Rm7 millions.

What is Calvin's View.

Only time will tell whether the Receivables are good or not. If good Comcorp is on to a powerful growth trajectory. If not? Then price cannot sustain.

Last time I bought lots of Megan Media as when it was 66 cts. Megan Media has Rm2.00 in NTA. P/E only 3 and pay a small dividend. By all yardsticks Megan Media looked like a great growth stock. Untill my Johor Sifu cautioned me that Megan Media has only huge "receivables". He wanted to see "cash" if the growth is for real.

As of now I cannot pass judgement as things are not clear as crystal.

And the Market outside might go GaGa over Comcorp's result & chase it up.

I suggest you guys sell into strength & wait for clarity.

I just very simple...eps 4.51 x 4 = 18

PE 10 = RM1.80

Chop 30%, 1.80 × 70% = RM1.26

Current price RM0.64

100% profit!!

tonnes of stupid people here, what to do, check out comcorp revenue, it is up, of course most of them will be receivables, and cash inflow will come later, if you study properly in fact cash flow operation actually improved, i am not gonna teach you how to see this haha, faster sell tomorrow if you hate exports

PE 6X = RM0.94
PE 8X = RM1.26
PE 10X = RM1.57

This piece of information is useful to understand more about the company. It depend how you make your own decision after reading such information. You follow or wait and see? Be greedy or not? If you don't feel comfortable , just simply ignore it. You can choose other counters having a better future prospects supported with its solid expansion plans. When somebody write such a one sided report and omitting clear facts- it is likely icon8888 knows the syndicate..
I wonder how much they pay him and it seems the syndicate using this platform to lure the victims into their trap..
