There is 1 general twisted mentality thinking: living cost up, and so salary must up.

More correct statement is living cost up, salary up, job delivery quality also up. What i observe now is quite some graduates demand (high) salary using the environmental excuse but forget to convince employer how they can contribute toward company productivity and how they differ from the other job applicants...

salary increase aldy... I remembered in 2007 - I was only getting RM 7200 (I had about 13 year experience.

Now fresh aldy got 3500.....not bad...

Poor comment of English - this is the creation of BN!! If employers go and engage those from international school, worst. Those are spoilt brat.
Nvm about the English, it can be trained in the working environment. Wat we can do this BN around? Good govt school, our colours are no longer allow to study after UPSR. We only can either get into lousy SMK (worst - all in BM), independent Chinese school (yes, English issue - but students are hardworking and willing to learn, quite intelligent) or international school (for spoilt brat, rich ppl children, talk cock sing song very good).

my opinion of fresh graduates....I think they are very realistic and down to earth.

don't blame the young when the older generation could not produce a better Malaysia.

education - needs to be well supported by government.

How can all subjects in BM? How to improve in English Language??

My sons have to study Chinese Independent school. He can write excellent English, just like me. However, he can't converse very well. I am not worried about that, communication can be trained at work place.

But my 2nd son;s result is not very good, unable to get into science stream. He took art and commerce stream, all are in Chinese language. So I need to send him to English Lang tuition.

We as parent need to do so much. It just is the stupid BN change all subjects to BM!!! and those leaders children all send to foreign countries for their education!!!

I just saying the survey is done by employers to put the blame on the young.
My opinion......the young is practical, down to earth and realistic. Graduates from good universities are happy to work for <$3000, and those in accounting firms work 100 hour week.

BM can use where other than Malaysia and Indonesia? The language can't use anywhere!

If learn Arab language I don't mind, bcos can use in Arab countries. There are so many Arab countries can make living!

Even Chinese independent school wants to use English as medium to those non-language subjects, gamon also want to interfere and wanted to shut down the schools.

Those are independent school, operate using donation and fund rising exercise. Those teachers salaries are also not high compare to SMK teachers and they do not have retirement benefit compared to those teachers in SMK.

But our stupid gamon wants to interfere! Fking none of their business.... They don't even want to recognize UEC cert into public universities and want to interfere.

I m luckiest one. I ask for 3k during starting. Company paid me 2003.... After 10 yrs(today) I getting 3.2k.......

Vey lucky... Hopefully I will get 3.4k next year
