SIME Darby Plantation Sdn Bhd (SDP) has not dismissed the possibility of downsizing its workforce as it looks at ways to optimise its current operations.

SDP manager for corporate affairs Azneal Azam said the plantation company is continually assessing its business in terms of operational and resource efficiency.
