youngsters nowadays want everything!
when I started working, i drove a 2nd hand Proton Saga. nowadays, youngsters want a brand new Honda City or Toyota Vios as their 1st car. What's wrong with driving a Proton or Perodua?

youngsters nowadays complain no money buy property. But surprisingly they got money buy latest IPhone which costs few thousands ringgit and got money go Starbucks every month or even every week!

many stuck in properties yet want property price down? have to work hard for it not think govt will give people to buy cheap.govt should tax more on luxury items,cars.many luxury cars on the road nowdays

Youngsters are over pampered by their parents and surrounded with environment making them to take things for granted. We can’t put the entire blame on them. It’s merely the consequences of our material society.

revamp bursa is needed,revert back to old system 1000 lots minimum,contra period increase back to 7 days,ban all short selling,call and put warrants,reduce ipo and rights issue.if implement like this bursa no up u can come and kick me....hehe

speakup not every youngster can afford Starbucks ooohhh.. main problem is wages remain stagnant for the past 15 years but inflation averaging 3.6% every year.. Everything becoming more expensive but salary still same. And appolloang, going home early doesn't mean not productive, your mindset is very wrong, I can work 8 hours and do the same amount of work someone who works OT.. Why? because they not productive, main FB while working. You need to get the concept of productivity and working hours right. Working longer is not equals to more productive

i know some of our junior staff, gaji about rm4k but already drive Honda City Toyota Vios. Brand new, not 2nd hand okay. And they always complain everything expensive. Their Honda City not expensive? Their Toyota Vios not expensive?

while there are genuine people struggling, but there are also people struggling because of their expensive lifestyle. Govt need to differentiate these 2 groups of people.

A person who is struggling to buy a house due to low wage is very different from another person who is struggling to buy a house due to expensive lifestyle. The former deserves our pity and aid. The latter deserves no pity and aid.
