Salary deduction on pptn is legal as long as govt passed an Act of parliment loh....!!

But someone who have been paying the pptn regularly....should be allowed to continue as per previous arrangement...!!

But for administration purpose...the deduction schedule should start as an indication based mah...!!

Those people appeal on case to case basis but in all cases must pay the loan n not use this as an excuse of not to pay mah

These borrowers are very irresponsible. I am sure they guarantee payment when they try to get the loan. After getting loan, they find ways not to make payment. Delay marriage, delay buying car, delay buying house. You have a duty to repay the loan.

ptptn is a personal loan or 'study' loan? i would expect them to have 'learnt' sth from taking the loan to 'study'?

what are tertiary students learn these day in uni?

previous BN govt has always used the 'carrot' method to get borrowers to pay back
now new PH govt cannot repeat the mistake of using 'carrot' method. PH must use the 'stick' method to recover loans!
