First, AA has to control the leasing cost. Not much details have been given on how that works as far as I know. Maybe AA gets preferential rate for the first few years, then crazy expensive rates thereafter. Risk: leasing cost might suddenly balloon up. Who knows.
I'd be great if more info were given. Gonna sit and wait to observe the pattern of leasing cost for the next two quarters. That's what I don't like about leasing.
