ROIC for Cresbld are 16.22%, 30.22% and 30.31% for 2Q18, 3Q18, and 4Q18 respectively which is consider excellent figure. The video shows ROIC of 3% only for past 10 years. Maybe author needs to check your formula how to calculate ROIC (with strong earning in 2017 and 2018, ROIC still can stay at 3%, haha)
