shale are guerilla army although their production cost above USD 42, they can easily temporary close shop within a short notice bcos their fixed cost are low mah...!!
The shale can mobilise very fast mah...!!
Saudi production cost USD 8 to 12 but they cannot stop producing so is Russia their cost about USD 20, they need to produce to keep going mah....!!
But logically everyone will suffer in this price war mah...!!

Russia has small debt. US sanctioned Nordstream n Rosneft. Russia knows that maintaining a high price of oil when being sanctioned by US from selling its oils brings no benefit. So, better to have a free for all price.
But SA has lots of debt.

Let see who survive the battle...OPEC + Russia cut price war vs US shale...let see who can produce cheap and loan borrowing higher...if US shale cannot survive then oil price up back...hehe
