High cost of living? Yes!
High quality of living? No!

Many families in US are without broadband.
Many families in US are without computer/labtop/smart phone.
Many school children do not know how to use computer.

Yes. Some US students are smart.
BUT more are IT illiterates........

Many are clueless. Many believe what Fox news said "Virus is a hoax".
