The way this guy logic really gives me the cringe. Is the writer really that disconnected from reality? Every sentence looks logical at first glance but are totally pointless. Here are some ex:

"As the value of this asset class rises, generating price spikes becomes increasingly difficult." Btc was not born yesterday, it started in 2008, from cents to now ten of thousands, from which picoscopic part did the writer come to that conclusion?

"The success of cryptocurrencies tends to eat itself" Yes, eating itself from a few cents to now usd37000 /s geez.

"Crypto will only grow up if and when it finds a different driving force to the animal spirits that govern equity markets. If it really wants to be an alternative asset to stocks and bonds, it needs to start behaving like one."
I can dissect this sentence in a few parts to show how it is the epitome of cognitive dissonance.

"Crypto will only grow up" from literally worthless to usd37000. Really?!
"a different driving force to the animal spirits that govern equity markets. " What force is it then that drives btc to its current price? /s

"If it really wants to be an alternative asset to stocks and bonds, it needs to start behaving like one."
Well if it ain't stock or bond, it IS already an ALTERNATIVE. Is there an ultra alternative or GIGA-alternative that we dont know? ffs.
