China has 99.80% acheive what they SET OUT to do. Over 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, 30 years , etc. No doubt this is the Start for China Emergence in Semi Conductor ( especially in AI ) and Decline of the "Rest of the World" semi conductors. China after establishing the standards can enforce it on all users of SemiConductors. Malaysia BETTER join them if Malaysia wants a share of the PIE.
