恆大只是賬面欠債二萬億。二萬億是多少？恆大成立於九六年，得年廿七。簡單除一除，一天要虧兩億，虧足廿七年。
這到底是如何做到的呢？
所以，整個大陸房地產就是一個騙局，一個（維持了很久的）龐氏。
因此，目前大陸放棄整個模式是大概率事件。
以後就算你有錢，比如說李嘉誠拿十萬億去大陸做房地產，一樣會做不成。
所以，說多米諾效應--全部倒榻，只是有序多米諾，會倒得慢一些。
