now is the golden opportunity for sabah & sarawak to demand as much as possible from peninsular because peninsular MPs desperate to stay in power. they may not have this opportunity again if they squander now

for decades the riches of sabah & sarawak have been diverted to develop the peninsular, while leaving sabahans & sarawakians poor and underdeveloped. time to put a stop to this!

History shows a lot of promises by pmx when he becomes pm such as lower petrol, resolve MA63, etc. With MA63 now he realizes that petronas revenue will become less and affect the fed govt income. Govt had already approved civil servant salary hike which will becomes 'a monthly commitment' and not a one-off payment. Savings from Diesel subsidy cut which will become less may not be enough.
