U think social media companies will not ran away from Australia in the lang run? Too many rules for social media in Australia will cause social media companies to run away if they want to ran away Sooner or later.

Social media is part of media. It broadcast all kinds of information without restriction.
When there is no restriction you get all kinds of poison and wine, left to the user to filter without responsibility of social media companies. Basically they tap profit like waterfall and outsource everything else to users and public. It is high time they are held responsible because media shapes a society. What news matters.
