联峰推新癌基因检测服务

（吉隆坡22日讯）联峰（UCREST，0005，创业板科技组）与俄罗斯政府医院合作，为当地20家医院建设医疗云端系统以及与美国伙伴合作推出癌症基因检查治疗服务。

该公司大股东兼执行主席吴家义控制的另一家公司，佳易科技（KEYASIC,0143,主板科技组）同样也受到市场追捧，全天上涨4.5仙或22.50%至24.5仙。

美业务料贡献10%

吴家义在股东特大后表示，未来将与美国Pathway Genomics的合作，为东盟、中国、俄罗斯和台湾等地客户提供基因测试，找出潜伏在身体癌症细胞，以进行前期治疗，预测该项业务未来将贡献10%营业额。

早前吴家义接受外国媒体访问，有关媒体指出联峰营业额未来将飙升10倍。后来，联峰在上周五发文告澄清，他们没有提出具体数额，仅提供了历史数据供记者参考，且尚未与当地医院签署合约，只是和两位当地商业伙伴签署了合作协议。

获新合约前景有信心

询及吴家义是否有信心维持继续目前获利表现，吴家义表示，“公司在去年共获颁了4000万令吉合约，余下2000万令吉合约尚未履行，且未来也会按周获得新合约，对公司获利前景有信心。”

吴家义也表示，根据大马交易所条例，当一家公司获得占10%营业额新合约时，就必须向大众公布。公司（季度）营业额约企于300至400万令吉，因此一些小于30或40万令吉合约，我就不会宣布。

联峰是2017年大马创业板股价表现最佳小资本股，询及是什么因素支持该公司表现，吴家义说：“很简单，因为有人开始买，然后有人跟进。公司开始有正面表现，除了推出了新产品外，营业额和获利也获得改善，原因就是那么简单。”

(询及联峰在未来是否会派发股息，他表示，不会，该公司原则是将赚到的钱进行投资，然后在股价上回馈股东，就和矽股科技公司做法一致。) (Asked if Lianfeng would pay a dividend in the future, he said, no, the company's principle is to invest in the money it makes and then give back to shareholders on its share price, in line with the practices of silicon technology companies.)

私配20%股权
筹“虚拟医院”资金

该公司在股东特大上通过了私下配售最多20%股权以及股东认股计划（ESOS），筹集资金将作为扩展该公司“虚拟医院”业务的营运资本。

吴家义也表示，公司暂时还没有确认私下配售对象，但根据最多筹集4000多万令吉金额来看，主要是针对机构投资者以及策略性伙伴，出现个人投资者可能性不高。

第二季转亏为盈

联丰在盘后公布业绩，该公司截至2017年11月30日止第二季净利成功转亏为盈，取得359万4000令吉净利，首6个月净利也录得662万令吉。

该公司第二季营业额更是取得大跃进，暴涨183.24倍至1123万9000令吉，首半年业绩也猛涨66.40倍至1907万5000令吉。
