Just because of the lone analyst that this stock will declare skyrocketting result in 2Q2018, then the frenzies set in n created overbought situation . Sooner the senses will return , and all be back to square one .

Hi everyone, i observe that few "rats" here are spreading rumour to ran and sell even the company was performing well. There is no offense. For those who just hold the counter or buy in today. Lets look at the company website

If you do some research and read through it. You will know that the company actually doing well with their latest iMedic Technology. Some without knowledge will solely say that because of Russia support. In fact, the technology is a combination of artificial intelligent + medic database with the knowledge of DNA test to maintain human health. Now there are providing digital platform for customers to regulate and check their result through the apps. For the moment, Russia is just a begining as the company business partner because they have big populations and high demand in health maintainance. While the business intend to strengthen their innovation and develop with leading technology. Needless to say, the business will definetely expand to more country in short.

For those who are not intend to invest and just for earning in contra, please do not discourage others and keep making a false selling point. It is unethical to both the company and investors. For those who intend to invest, good luck to all of you. :-)

Above is just a small sharing on my research for those who discourage from others without understanding what is the company doing. Thank You for reading

speakup remember last time Sumatec shoot up to 60sen because it was going to exit PN17. But once it exit PN17, it collapsed! Everybody sell sell sell when exit PN17 news out.

@ryukin what you wrote is not wrong, but we all have to understand that many operate as day traders / contra players, they dont hold for long, they go in and out, and undeniably, most of these operators come in and out with big volumes (as such they can really move the price), not like most normal retailer who can only buy some at small volume. you should know the trend that insiders know early, and before positive news or good QR results are released, the price already moved. upon announcement, they will begin to exit. retailers who bought at high price are the victims. and under current market sentiments, not many dare to hold for long term, thus, most people will aim for quick profits, unless those who have large cash pile will buy and keep. remember, a stock only moves up when got people goreng/push up, once big shares/retailers run, who will be pushing the price up?

Only traders will sell this company, 3 things to note for Ucrest

1) Revenue surged to a record high / profit after tax record high too
2) FY2018's revenue should close at RM40m (guided by Mr Eg) which means profit after tax of RM14m
3) RM14m is equivalent to FY2018 P/E of 13x right now
4) Private placement of 20% likely secured by identified investors - suspect could be Pathway, after raising cash, Ucrest will be able to execute more contracts going forward
5) The question is how much revenue will grow in FY2019? We would have to monitor contract flows.. From the looks of it, momentum should increase, lets see whether the Russian government will increase their budget for mobile healthcare this year vs last year.

If order book can double (my base case), profit after tax should close above RM30m in FY2019, then you are buying a high growth company at P/E of 6x. People who said Ucrest is a conjob could continue to sell, honestly I want to buy more after understanding what CIMB analyst has written on Palette, hopefully RM0.48 tomorrow
