William tan, u said there is no cost of sales because there was no hardware sold. But i tried looking at other tech companies that dont sell hardware product. They still got cost of sales. Like facebook.

johnbrooks, no cost of sales is because recurring income earning from license fee. they have only recurring license fee in current quarter while this happen in many quarter ago. As long as the customer bought the device from Ucrest. They need to pay the license fee, the more device sold, the more license fee to receive in the future.

johnbrooks. this is accounting presentation when no cost of sales. Every Company can have their own presentation for the FS. No cost of sales doesnt means no cost as they can put their cost at admin expenses. This is accounting presentation, difficult to explain.
