beware they are many companies keep use memorandum signed to trap people into and buy their company share every time when their share price are at the hi level and those are not honest boss at all ..memorandum is just a piece of paper not a confirm agreement even real agreement also can cancel it ...so when memorandum out it is to sell at that point of hi price
