Negotiating the terms with RDIF.
In Q report, mentioning made great progress in Vaccine project.
Current market cap 186m.
Without Vaccine, they are making 11mil this year. (Will be more if exclude the ESOS expenses)
P/E: 17

Can observe India producing Sputnik V, looks like they have delay in the 2nd dose production which RDIF mentioned is progress well, and verifying the produced Vaccine.
