Pursuant to Rule 9.03 of ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Palette Multimedia Berhad (“Palette” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company had entered into the following contract for the sale of hardware related products (“Contract”) to the party stated below :-

Party Trade House Atlantis Limited

Products Hardware platform

Contract value (USD) 916,668.00

RM (equivalent)* 3,871,547.30

Expected Date of Delivery To be delivered latest by 15 June 2018

Date of Contract 11 October 2017

*Based on exchange rate of USD1.00:RM4.2235 as at 10 October 2017.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share and earnings per share of Palette and its subsidiary for the financial year ending 31 May 2018.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Palette or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Contract.

This announcement is dated 11 October 2017.
