LA is not really cheaper than mother. LA nominal value is 5 sen, needs two LA to convert to one mother or one LA plus 5 sen to convert to one mother.

I think the syndicate was mopping up the shares after pressing down. Announcement probably be so good that it would open gap up in January. I wanted to buy at 0.105 but waited one day too late and price ran off to 0.11 and beyond.
