I think it's a good business to fully consolidate into PUC earnings. Good news in fact. With profit guarantee of RM25mn in 2019, translating to a forward PE of about 9x! Which i believe is quite low. There was an article on focus before than the owner envisioned it to be a US$1 bil market cap standalone listed company in future... So earnings will definitely be accretive to PUC. All in!

PUC have been acquiring shares of PW since year 2017. This time round, it’s making PUC the substantial shareholders of PW. The steaming earnings for PUC is an advantage, yet, we still need to see how much PW earnings could contribute instead of 25 mil as claimed. Trade receivables from previous reporting, have caused impairment to PUC. This shouldn’t happened again.

Earning from Kedah solar plant also another advantage for steady source of income. I am to go for the AGM Ito find out more.
