Water treatment / chemical company.
Moved into a new hq in Bangsar South.
Established more than 30 years.very experienced board.
Good management.
250 million shares only.80% controlled by 30 big shareholders.
Chairman holding 40plus%
Profitable for many years.
Paying a small dividend every year.
Nta rising..with recent purchases of properties..
Bought land and shophouses recently.
All this tells me that 22sens is too expensive for this stock. hold first see next year how, maybe some wave is coming in after chinese new year. tp 0.20

PE = 7.3x
DY = 6.8%
ROE = 12.8%

If 10x PE, Btech 32 sens
