10.5 cents now. At least AT didn't ask money this time from shareholders and already build the factory at Chemor, can see the photos of the factory. AT issued Esos, but the employees themselves have to borrow bank loan to buy Esos. And the Esos money used to build the Chemor factory. For Next, the directors use money of right issue to pay themselves for next 2 years and the share will continue to slide to 1 cent. After 3 years, consolidate 50 to 1 and then right issue again.

At 1 sen before consolidation, the market cap of Netx was 52 million

It raised 80 million through its recent rights issue.

Here are some important lessons one can learn from the Rights issue of NetX.



Lesson 1:

Today, at 11 sen, post consolidation and RI, its market cap is 92.33 million.

The original holders of NetX shares at 1 sen per share (before consolidation) has lost 56% today.

If the original NetX shareholders have subscribed to all the rights issue, they would have lost even more today.




Lesson 2:

Today, its market cap is 92.33 m

It raised 80 m through RI.

Thus, we can say that prior to the consolidation and RI, Netx at 1 sen per share (or 52 m market cap) was SEVERELY OVERVALUED. Rightly, the company has been repriced and this initial 52 m is now valued at 12.33 m in its present market cap and shrinking still.




Lesson 3:

Now, let us observe conman calvin's posts. Firstly, conman calvin has shied from admitting his losses. Pride stands in conman calvin's way and he has to declare to everyone here he is buying more. NETX Q3 result:
For the current quarter ended 31 August 2020, the Group recorded revenue of RM4.67 million. The revenue mainly derived from project sales of network equipment and infrastructure in Non-Payment Services Segment and rental of EFTPOS terminal to merchants. The Group recorded a loss before taxation for the current quarter of RM1.32 million, mainly due to unrealized forex loss of RM3.5 million and share-based compensation expenses of RM0.39 million for share option granted to employees, cushioned by gain on fair value adjustment on investment in MLAB System Berhad of RM2.7 million.

For the 9 months ended 31 August 2020, the Group recorded revenue of RM11.48 million, which mainly derived from project sales of network equipment and infrastructure in Non-Payment Services Segment and rental of EFTPOS terminal to merchants. Poor conman calvin. conman calvin due to his pride and greed is unable to admit to i3 forum that he has lost big time in Netx. This is not for others to glóat on his bad speculating but for all here to learn from conman calvin's mistakes. Better to learn from the mistakes of others as these will be less painful and still as educational.

During the Chairman’s keynote address at the FPAM Annual Signature Financial Planning Symposium
earlier today, it’s been announced that that the SC would be expanding the scope of specific advice that
financial planners can provide to include listed securities as well as listed and OTC bonds. This new
policy development is in line with the strategic thrusts of the Joint Action Plan.
With this expansion, FPs would be able to provide specific recommendations to clients on the above
products. And, it is envisaged that planners can play a central role in encouraging informed participation in
the stocks and bonds market.
To ensure that the FPs meet the regulatory obligations of the license, all provision of advice/specific advice
on listed securities and listed/OTC bonds must to be made pursuant to the financial plan, whether holistic
or modular in nature, that is developed for the client. It is envisaged reliance must also be made to
published research reports by research houses and/or subscription to reputable research and investment
analysis platform.
Further, as mentioned in the announcement, this would be subject to FPs meeting relevant competency
requirements. For listed securities, FPs would have to pass Module 7 of the SC Licensing
Examination whereas for OTC bonds, it would be the Investor Protection Professional Certification
(IPPC) (a certification jointly awarded by AICB with ACI – Financial Markets Association of Malaysia
(FMAM).
Further details would be provided in a revised technical note that would be issued later this
month. Clarification would also be made in the scope of financial planner’s advice as it relates to providing
investment planning that is diversified in various asset classes, which is then connected to a Fund Manager.
