Calvin would like to point out facts omitted

1. Rahim & co had valued these 6 shop lots at Rm66 millions in year 2016.

So the price of Rm38 millions current price constitute a bargain buying from out of court settlement as there is a discount of more than Rm28 millions from valuation

2. Netx after capital exercise still has Rm100 millions in cash and cash equivalent

3. Since the payment is allowed by Ambank by monthly installment there is no constrain to raise further capital from shareholders

Rm32.8 millions is not market value but "Force sale" value by Ambank through high court reserve price for bidding

These are the value

1. Market Value - Rm66 millions

2. Force sale value - Rm32.8 millions

There are other figures which are not listed

Above market value
Fair value
Fire sale value

So far we have not seen fire sale value in Malaysia yet

So to buy at bank foreclosure force sale value is already excellent

Note: it is not Netx assets being sold at force sale value but Netx fortunate to pick up force sale distressed Assets at bargain prices

I see netx a company knows when to capture opportunity at the best timing

It shows us its proactive way to maximise every chance in succeeding the business its doing

They are in a business not going to be outdated in near term, contrarily, they are booming all over the world.. ask urself.. how many phones u have changed? R ur phones been running more n more apps one after one?

Would we need to book seats in restaurants, bars, n etc in advance during this covid time?

Covid will turn netx around, no more long queue for concert tickets... all by online or apps

Ewallet hardwares also can easily sell in sg wang

Invest glove in begining of covid, invest netx in covid time, and we have to accept we live with the virus

It hits the 0.15 today morning as what I mentioned a week back . I have already sold it as I'm looking at the short term trend. Do trade with caution as they are many buyers at 0.07-0.10 with almost close to 100% return. Though it seems the volume do support the price currently, trade with care

Similar modus operandi used by multi-year, multi-quarter loss making penny stocks run by unethical directors who are specialised in fund raising to sustain the company's huge accumulated losses over the years.

Fund raising via massive share issuance to ESOS, PP and Right Issue of shares, ICPS, Warrants resulting in multi-billion total issued shares, causing dilution to shareholder equity and EPS, if any.

When company fund almost depleted and not viable to issue more shares to raise fund, then directors will undertake shares consolidation followed by Right Issue to squeeze and dig shareholders pocket.

Process will repeat.
