directors were selling , yes, we knew this. and the collecting proxy party is not reveal yet. main board rumours are everywhere, i think this is just a plan talk only to cite the market drift. i guess 20cts to 20.5 is the next hovering place for a while to wash all tokens. i m setting exit point for this gradually sell on rebound trend, left 1/3 to keep to CNY. Need transfer on another stock.

we call this "rat warehouse" (RW), directors selling, shareholding cross holding, selling and acquire new companies are all illusion and will pass to final destination. RW is always their "own" but different names. From reading the trade data and pattern strength, it is obvious 3 activities are occurring at the same day. but i just keep to my trade plan. The peak price and bottom price volume are getting near, and floating contra short term volume is around 5-7k from time to time if u have notice that.

push up or not, its another matter. We are in their cost reduction phase. Everyone notice that every time buy sell at a price keep playing ping pong , morning session buying up and straight heading south, everyday drop few cts. Notice of directors selling was announced 22cts, everyone ever wonder why he has the ability to sell at the peak, and ever since it went south. Top high volume, bottom also high volume, but middle only a few 10K volume. Those who have bonus will exit, and they won't buy this at 30cts right? and private placement to JMI is just to lockup the shares from private placement. Conclusion is , most shares are locked, and cost reduction is done, bonus exit - 3 things done, they are planning the next phase.

haha..sorry diablo..its abit too deep..hope u have the patience to me..so what i understand from the statement from u is the they are trying to sell their shares at high then lock it up at low..so that they could have the same amount of shares with lower price..but the motive behind it was unclear..am i right about that? so..its going to be a consolidation phase?

it's ok, i seen many people stuck with these, but when you are in operation phase, it is clear on what you are doing. Consider these few things in the game, theres "owner","syndicate",bonus issue holder, long term, mid term and short term and contra. So if you have so many stocks out there, and u want to collect back how would u want to get rid of them? First contra will die first, short term and mid term. They most hate long term and great holder despite market sentiment. That will be simple and you start calculate before bonus and after bonus, private placement, and where does all this shares goes....

Just put in easy words, you produce can food business, selling 1.00 per can, and you have many distributors and runners outside selling ur products. now u publicly tell ppl ur price drop 5 cts per day, people think it's cheap although u have good reputation and brand image. so by the time this can food is selling at 50cts per can, people start to panic especially long term distributor in hands start to question your can food quality or your company image. So they start to exit and stop selling your can food, of course not talking about runners because they hit and run and won't keep any of your stocks. So now you appoint some people go collect from them at price of lower 5 cts each day and eventually all stocks in your hand. Now you rebrand it and put into bigger warehouse and rename to sell, and now u are selling at 1.50 per can.

wow..thats really really good explanation..thanks diablo..but of course we know that its good if its the truth..but what if the truth is the opposite? like its really getting cheaper.. and another situation is how long they gonna shake those short and mid term investors? and if the truth is like this why would people panic instead they should buy more..hahaha..btw diablo..u have a really deep understanding in stocks..a professional trader? may i know how u build up ur knowledge? haha..cause im a new in this but very interested to learn all these..

newcomer123, i can't call myself any term, due to my previous operation where i work on. The only i can say is human greed that can't deny. Yea, you are right when you say if ppl know the truth and why they are selling and not buying? Simple, not all ppl can afford to bare the pain to lose money. When price is hiking, ppl don't feel expensive because price is going up each day and the mindset keep trap that i wish i get reasonable price. When we talk about reasonable price and how we define it? It pends on market sentiment.

Operators are complicated mindset of group of ppl. They know market feelings and know how people think. They collect and kept when ppl say this stock is shxt and they like ppl said this stock is worth pursue when they wanna sell to distribute.

something that i learn is to be unshakeable by outside news, you only digest and start putting puzzles into images. Look back into few things that we learnt about, remember the rumours of green "peas" that was told that can cure SARS? The insurance about millennium case on computer failure and so on...... and now ppl start to believe ostrich eggs can cure Ebola......by the time we realised it.... ostrich is extinct, computer is still running, and green peas is still selling

first u need to understand chart only shows the open, close, high , low and volume. for example if u read japanese candlestick chart, what's the weakness of this chart compare to line momentum chart is candlestick doesn't tell you how fluctuate or movement in between trading day, like question "hitting high price twice or low a day?" it only tells u end of day result.

So you need to read the intraday trading pattern, whether it's from institutional selling, directors, contra or mid-long term.

price queue is important to know what ppl are doing, arranging, planning by telling from the movement and placing. This is something you won't find it in chart, and also transaction records. Only higher access trailing records able to see, bursastation subscription has it.

I don't know much about Asiapac stories, but for personal view, i won't buy. Unless i switch to day trade mode. Because it's been up since a year ago, and trading a top phase not low phase. Its different case from JAG.
